Paper Retention Aid is a low-viscosity, high-concentration, water-dispersed polyacrylamide emulsion. Mainly suitable for all kinds of corrugated paper, boxboard paper, whiteboard paper, cultural paper, newsprint, laminating base paper, etc.

Advantages
- It can significantly improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers in the pulp, and the pulp can be saved by more than 50-80KG per ton of paper.

- The knocking degree is reduced, the water filtration of the mesh part is accelerated, the speed of the vehicle is correspondingly increased, and the steam consumption is reduced. It can effectively improve the degree of sizing of paper (especially cultural paper), which can increase the degree of sizing by about 30℅, correspondingly reducing the rosin (neutral sizing agent) and the amount of aluminum sulfate used is about 30℅.

Instruction For Use
1. Automatic device: retention aid → pump → electric frequency automatic flow meter → automatic dilution tank → screw pump → flow meter → forming fabric
2. Manual device: first add enough water to the dissolution tank → start stirring → add quantitative retention aid to dissolve for 10-20 minutes → put it into the storage tank → headbox
Note: The dilution concentration is generally 200-600 times (0.3%-0.5%), and the place of addition should be in the high-level box or the headbox pipeline, and the dosage is generally300—1000 g/ton (based on absolute dry pulp).
