Resin control agent – dispersed
Q-720 is a dispersed resin control agent used for resin control in the pulping process.
Effective emulsification and dispersion of resin components such as resin acids, fatty
acids, and unsaponifiable substances in the slurry can be carried out to prevent
equipment problems and pulp board dust caused by resin deposition. This can
effectively reduce equipment cleaning times and significantly improve pulp board
quality.

Product Features

Resistant to strong acids and alkalis, suitable for high temperatures below 180 ℃;

The product ingredients are all environmentally friendly raw materials, pollution-free,
non-toxic, and easy to degrade.
Add quantity and add point
Addition amount: about 0.3-0.6kg/ton of needle pulp; 0.4-0.7kg/ton of broadleaf pulp
Addition point: inlet or outlet of oxygen removal tank
Storage packaging
The packaging specification is: 1000KG/barrel (it can also be packaged according to
customer requirements).
Shelf life: 12 months
It is recommended to store in a sealed, cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
