Product Description
Cationic Control agent, also known as fixatives, anionic trash catchers, and charge neutralizers, are polymers with low molecular weight and high positive charge density. They are supplied in liquid form and are easy to use. As a wet-end additive, cationic fixatives can provide good drainage, retention, shaping, and runnability improvements in the papermaking process.
Cationic fixing agent is designed for use in fine paper, newsprint, paperboard, and specialty molded products. It can be added to the thick pulp and thin pulp, and the dosage is between 0.01-0.25% (relative to the absolute dry pulp). At the same time, it can also be used as a coagulant to improve the efficiency of the paper machine white water recovery systems.
Features
- Control stickies and resins, reduce paper defects, and extend the life of nets and felts
- Neutralize anionic waste in the system, reduce the content of interfering substances, and improve system cleanliness
- Improve water filtration during sheet forming and pressing, shorten drying time and save energy
- Reduce white water solids, improve slurry retention and white water system efficiency
- Use together with retention aids to improve the effectiveness of retention aids
- Fix anionic additives and improve the retention rate of anionic additives
- Used to flocculate solids in wastewater treatment to improve the operational performance of wastewater treatment plants
- Increase drainage rate, shorten drying time, increase paper machine output, and improve paper machine runnability.
Instruction For Use
This control agent product can be diluted with 10-40 times water before use. It can be added to the thick pulp and thin pulp. The dosage is between 0.01-0.25% (relative to the dry pulp).
